ORDER
(made by S. VAIDYANATHAN, J.) The petitioner is a Civil Judge aspirant. He obtained his law degree certificate only on 06.07.2023, owing to which, he could not apply for the post of Civil Judge by way of direct recruitment, pursuant to the notification dated 01.06.2023, as per which, applications could be submitted online only upto 30.06.2023. Ergo, he addressed a representation dated 06.07.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to postpone the time limit for submission of online application. Finding no response to his representation, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider and pass orders on his aforesaid representation and open the portal enabling him and other similarly placed Civil Judge aspirants to apply online.
To be noted, the issue involved in this writ petition had already come up for consideration in W.P.Nos.17456, 18843, 19151 and 19652 of 2023, which were dismissed by this Bench on 31.07.2023.
