This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para 9(b) of the impugned common order dated 12.07.2023 made in Crl.O.P.Nos.7827 of 2023.

3. Since the petitioner herein expresses some inconvenience to report before the respondent police, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the committal Court on all hearings without fail and co-operate for the trial proceedings.
