This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 243 days in paying the deficit Court fee in Receipt No.TNCT3102J2308V116 dated 31.10.2023 for a sum of Rs.75,000/- in the Appeal.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that CMP.No.18043 of 2024 in AS.SR.No.141800 of 2023 was filed seeking to condone the delay of 182 days in representing the Appeal which was allowed on 21.08.2024. In continuation of the same, this Petition has been filed.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the Petitioner, this Petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
