O R D E R
This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.15913 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023 and modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para "6(b) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00.a.m., until further orders" passed in Crl.M.P.No.14471 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, City Civil Court, Chennai.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed in Crl.M.P.No.14471 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, City Civil Court, Chennai.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
