The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent-Police to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2/ Police, on instructions, submitted that after receiving the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.05.2025, the respondents-Police, called the parties for enquiry and the same is under progress.

4. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate for enquiry before the respondents-Police.
