The petition is to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the writ appeal.

Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

Mr.A.S.Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent.

Both learned Government Pleader and learned counsel for the fourth respondents fairly submit that they have no objection for condoning the short delay of 36 days in filing the appeal.

In view of the no objection given by learned counsel for the respondents and having satisfied with the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 36 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
