ORDER
When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
Further, pursuant to the order dated 04.10.2016 passed by this Court, Ravi, the petitioner herein, has handed over cash of Rs.4,000/- being, two months arrears, to Ms. Mahalakshmi, learned counsel for Geetha, the respondent herein, to be handed over to Geetha.
In view of the above, permission is granted and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Connected Crl.M.P. is closed.
