PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the second respondent herein to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely Vinitha, wife of Sarathkumar, aged about 24 years and his minor grandson, Kavin, son of

ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) The petitioner's daughter, aged about 24 years, was married to one Sarathkumar and begotten a male child named Kavin. When both of them went missing on 20.05.2025, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 20.05.2025 and a case was registered in Cr.No.215 of 2025 under the captions "woman missing and boy mission", on the file of the second respondent. Since there was no progress in the investigation to trace the petitioner's daughter and his minor grandson, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The prayer sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition has

become infructuous since the petitioner's daughter, along with her minor son have reconciled with the petitioner and are living under his care and protection.

3. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
