ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was remanded to judicial custody on 24.07.2021 for the offence under Sections 392, 397 and 506(2) of IPC in Cr.No.760 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of two wheeler at knife point. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there are two previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner.
5.Considering the fact that there are two previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
