This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1218 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of 1st appellant in S.A.No.738 of 2012.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay. Hence, this petition is ordered.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
