SUNDAR, J.] This petition is filed for extending the time specified in the order dated 29.05.2024 made in W.P.No.13745 of 2024, for disposal of S.A.No.451 of 2022 on the file of Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai. 2.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in this petition, this Court is not inclined to go into the material facts, particularly when the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank has no serious objection. Though the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the respondent Bank has filed a Special Leave Petition as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13745 of 2024 dated 29.05.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank states that the scope of the Special Leave Petition pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court is only regarding the interim protection, by which, the petitioner was given access to the property, for which the

Bank had obtained an order under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act. 3.Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank. Time given earlier for disposal of S.A.No.451 of 2022 on the file of Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai, is extended by three weeks from today. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
