Ms.No.188 Public (General II) Department dated 16.02.2001; G.O. Ms. No.159 Public (GL.II) Department dated 07.02.2003 and G.O. Ms. No.804 Public (General II) Department dated 11.08.2006 to quash the same and consequently direct the first and second respondents to promote the petitioner as "Assistant Reception Officer" or "Senior Liasoning Assistant" from the date on which the fourth and third respondents was promoted as such, with all consequential benefits both service and monetary.
