When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 & 4 submitted that the order of this Court dated 24.02.2021 passed in W.P.No.5388 of 2016, has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the order passed by the fourth respondent vide ghh;it: 5388-16 rl;lk-2-jmnghfgXepbgh-2021, dated 27.07.2021 to that effect.

2.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
