Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at about 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9294/2019 dated 16.04.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNADASAN E., Advocate for the petitioner, and of MRS. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9294 of 2019 dated 16.04.2019.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interrogation.
