2. We have heard Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents 1 to 3, Mr.B.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent and Mr.C.Jgadish, learned counsel appearing for respondents 5 and 6.

3. Learned counsel for respondents 5 and 6 submits that the respondents have applied for regularisation of the construction, on 11.09.2018 and the same is still pending.

4. The concerned authority shall decide the application for regularisation, on merits and in accordance with law, preferably within six months from today. Depending upon the decision taken, the authorities may take further action.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
