Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to de-freeze the petitioner's pension account bearing No.11178029980 with the 1st Respondent Bank so as to enable her to withdraw the pension amount for her livelihood and consequently forbear the 2nd Respondent from attaching or disturbing the petitioner's pension account at any circumstances or whatever dues payable by her son or any one.
