3.Today, Mr.N.Muthukumar, PC 31770, R-10 MGR Nagar Police Station, Chennai is present before this Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that since no charge sheet was filed in Crime No.17 of 2010, the same has been closed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 12.04.2014 under Section 468 Cr.P.C. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
