ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Development Officer and to grant other benefits including arrears of backwages and all consequential monetary and other benefits.

2. The petitioner who claims for his promotion as well as other

benefits including arrears of backwages and pending claims, has given a representation to the respondents on 30.06.2021. Since the said representation has not been considered and no order has been passed so far, I feel the respondents should be directed to consider the representation and pass order within a time frame.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2021 and dispose the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
