This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned proceedings dated 29.5.2025 bearing Na.Ka.No.G3/8912600/2024 issued by the second respondent and to quash the same and the proceedings arising thereof and consequently to hold proper and fresh proceedings within a time frame.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent- Police and perused the materials available on record.
3. On a perusal of the impugned order, it is seen that the second
respondent-Police rejected the petitioner's application due to the nonsubmission of educational qualification documents/certificates of the employees. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to produce the required documents to the second respondent-Police. Upon production of the certificates/documents, the second respondent-Police is directed to verify the same and pass fresh orders on merits and in accordance with law.
4. With the abovesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 18.06.2025 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No
