This writ petition has been filed challenging notice dated 20.09.2021, issued by the third respondent, thereby directing the petitioner to surrender the excess common service. 2.
Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
