This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.02 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, and the fact that the case was registered in the year 2016, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.02 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
