The revision petitioner is the third defendant in the suit. The respondents 1 to 5 have filed a suit for declaration to set aside the auction sale and sale deed executed in favour of him. Even though the suit was filed in the year 2007 the same is pending till date at the stage of trial. 2.Aggrieved over the long pendency of the suit, the third defendant auction purchaser has preferred the above revision for early disposal.
3. Considering the long pendency of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief. Accordingly, a direction is given to the VI Additional City Civil Court to dispose of O.S.No.1444 of 2007 pending on its file within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above observation and direction. No costs.
