Seeking to condone the delay of 277 days in filing the restoration petition, the present petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement deed in Doc.No.3455 of 2016 dated 02.11.2016, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

He has also produced a copy of the said settlement deed.

3.In view of the above, this petition is closed.
