A.No.3962 of 2024 has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed applicants / plaintiffs 3 to 5 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st plaintiff as plaintiffs 4 to 6 in C.S.No.169 of 2023.

2.A.No.3963 of 2024 has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed applicants / plaintiffs 3 to 5 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st plaintiff as applicants 4 to 6 in A.No.750 of 2023.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The 1st plaintiff died on 04.07.2024. The proposed applicants are not in dispute. Hence, both these applications are allowed.

5.The learned counsel for the plaintiffs may carry out necessary amendment in the cause title indicating that the 1st plaintiff had died and that the 3rd to 5th plaintiffs is his legal representative.
