This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1071 days in representing the above in SA.SR.No.60638 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a lack of communication from the lower Court counsel to get instruction, to prefer the appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/-(Rupees Three thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, Chennai, T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.
