JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR,J.) This writ appeal has been directed against the interim order of stay passed by the Writ Court dated 01.07.2019 made in W.M.P.No.17718 of 2019 in W.P.No.18359 of 2019.

2. Today when the appeal is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent submitted that, Page No.2/4

subsequently the main writ petition itself was taken up for hearing and disposed of by a common order by the Writ Court, as against which, intra-court appeals have already been filed, which are pending consideration before this Court.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, where since this appeal has been directed against the interim order and subsequently the main writ petition itself has been disposed of, as against which, intra-court appeals have already been filed, which is pending before this Court, nothing survives in this appeal.

Recording the same, this appeal is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
