This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 481 days in representing the above S.A.SR.No.26202 of 2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available in the record.
3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, with costs. The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) to the contesting respondents, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such payment the delay of 481 days in representing the above S.A.SR.No.26202 of 2023 is condoned.
