PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C , to call for the records in Crime No.443/2021 on the file of 1st Respondent and Quash the Same against the petitioner.

ORDER

The petitioner herein filed this petitionto call for the records in Crime No.443/2021 on the file of 1st Respondent and Quash the Same against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioners along with other accused persons cheated the defacto complainant by giving false promise that they would get MLA seat to him and obtained a sum of Rs.50,00,000/-.

3. Considering the above submission, the investigation is at initial stage and it needs detailed investigation. Hence, I am not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed . No Costs. Consequentially connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.03.2024 pbl
