ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defecto complainant to transfer the investigation in Crime No.198 of 2025 from the file of second respondent police to CBCID, Salem or any other investigating agency by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 02.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and also perused the materials available on record. 2/5

4. Since no adverse order is being passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

5. Since the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief as sought for.

6. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

7. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
