ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of Arulmighu Pachiyamman Temple premises situated in S.No.10/3, Ayothiapattinam Village, Vazhappadi Taluk, Salem District by considering the representation dated 17.12.2018 made by the petitioner and to appropriate orders thereon within a time to be stipulated by this Honourable Court. 2.
Heard Mr.P.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.12.2018 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
