2. In the instant case, the appeals filed by the Writ Petitioners have been dismissed, challenging which, Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India were filed by the present petitioners in

W.P.Nos.28738, 28742, 28747, 28748 and 28848 of 2023. The said petitions were dismissed on merits by this Court. Thus, the present Writ Petitions have become infructuous and are therefore dismissed. No costs.
