ORDER

It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- by cheque, which has been encashed out of Rs.2,43,410/-.

2. The petitioner had also given another cheque for Rs.1,00,000/-. However, the petitioner has issued with a stop payment order.

3. The petitioner is therefore directed to issue a demand draft to the respondents within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the aforesaid sum.

4. After the demand draft is given by the petitioner, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 06.01.2023 of the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
