ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 12.03.2019 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Udhagamandalam, in I.A.No.31 of 2018 in A.S.No.8 of 2014, thereby dismissing the petition for filing additional documents. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter was settled between the parties and hence nothing survive for further adjudication in the present petition. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
