ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent. Though the present writ petition is of the year 2020, the petitioner has not taken any steps to prosecute the case. Hence, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

2.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
