This application has been filed only to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. There is no serious objection for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal.

2. In view of the same, this Application stands allowed. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by six months from today to pass an Award.
