ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Ms.J.Aarthisharma, aged 20 years. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 for the production of the detenue.
2. The detenue is present today. She has refused to be with the petitioner. As she is admittedly a major, we are not inclined to pass any direction asking her to be with the petitioner, notwithstanding the fact that he is the father. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Suffice it to state that, the detenue is not in the illegal custody or detention.
