This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.3/2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thiruvarur, now transferred to CBCID, Thiruvarur. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.
