ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 127 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the third respondent.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.
4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 02.07.2025.
5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 03.07.2025, if the same is otherwise in order. If the costs is not paid on or before 02.07.2025, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
