ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the father of the detenu. Inter alia alleging that his son is in the illegal custody of the 4th respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the fact that the dispute revolves on a matrimonial discord, we deem it appropriate to refer the parties to the District Mediation Center , Vellore for mediation. The mediation center is directed to issue notice to both the petitioner and the respondents fixing the date for mediation. The address of the petitioner and the 3rd respondent are as as follows:- Petitioner 3rd Respondent Mrs.Anitha, W/o Kumar, Bangur, Thathagondar Vattam, Alangayam Via, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Vellore District.

4. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of directing the Mediation Center, Vellore, to issue notice fixing date for mediation to both the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in order to resolve the inter se dispute.
