The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No. not known of 2016 and seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that there is neither a case registered, nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners and the presence of the petitioners is not at all required in this case.

Side) is recorded. Hence, the petition is liable to be dismissed and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
