O R D E R

This transfer petition is filed by the wife seeking withdrawal of I.D.O.P No.32 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Salem and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Krishnagiri. 1/4

2. The relationship between the parties is not in dispute. They got married on 29.10.2010. Thereafter, on account of allegations and counter allegations, the parties are before the Court.

3. The husband has filed I.D.O.P No.32 of 2023 seeking divorce before the Principal District at Salem. The petitioner, who is a resident of Krishnagiri, is unable to travel for each date of the hearing. She says that she has no male assistance to enable her to travel freely and attend the Court hearings.

4. The respondent has been served but he has not entered appearance to oppose the application nor is he present in Court.

5. Taking into consideration the difficulties expressed by the wife, the proceeding in I.D.O.P No.32 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of Principal District at Salem and is transferred to the file of Family Court, Krishnagiri for disposal.

6. In fine, the Tr.C.M.P. stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 22.04.2024 Index : Yes/No gpa 2/4
