This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the trial Court to complete the trial in C.C. No.5332 of 2021 in Crime No.150 of 2021 on the file of the Learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai within a stipulated period of time. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in the present case for the purpose of detaining him in prison.
