This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass an order based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders accordingly.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents as well as perused the material available on records.

3. Having considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, it is seen that the District Registrar, North Region, has passed proceeding No. 12486/A5/2017 dated 16.08.2019 based on the enquiry conducted on 03.10.2018 during the pendency of W.P.22992 of 2019. In view of the above, the aforesaid Writ Petition was dismissed as infructuous by order dated 03.09.2021 of this Court. Being aggrieved by the aforesaid proceeding No.12486/A5/2017 dated 16.08.2019 passed by the District Registrar, North Region, the petitioner has preferred an appeal by presenting representation dated 18.10.2019 before the 2nd respondent herein. Further, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 25.09.

2021 to the 1st respondent herein seeking for direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate order based on the petitioner's appeal dated 18.10.2019. As there is no reply nor orders on the aforesaid representation dated 18.10.2019 made by the petitioner herein on the side of the respondents herein so far, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, direct the respondents to dispose of the appeal dated 18.10.2019 made by the petitioner herein within a period of Sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner herein.
