No. 11566 of 2023 in C.M.A. No. 1173 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time granted to deposit 50% of the award amount with accrued interest and costs is extended till 27.07.2023 failing which the stay granted in C.M.P. No. 11566 of 2023 in C.M.A. No. 1173 of 2023 shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court.

2.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
