ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11988 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026 directing the Petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly without any violation and hence, prayed to relax the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police objected the application, however would fairly submit that the there is no violation of condition and the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions for the past 31 days.

4. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11988 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 18-06-2026 MJS
