The prayer sought for in the present petition is to modify the condition imposed by the Court below that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, by the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.182 of 2018 dated 09.01.2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District.
2.Heard Mr.M.Kalaiyarasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order. Hence, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P. No.182 of 2018 dated 09.01.2018 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

4. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 09.01.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.182 of 2018 shall remain intact.
