O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members in any manner in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit on the complaint given by one Balaji, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.160/COP-PGP/TPC/2021 and the same has been closed on 11.06.2021. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
