ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 04.08.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.8684 of 2021, thereby directed the respondent to conduct enquiry on

the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties and after affording an opportunity of hearing to them, dispose the same on merits, within a period of six weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2021 and closed the same. He further submitted that a copy of the closure report was also served to the petitioner herein.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
