ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.76 of 2014 dated 26.04.2014 against the petitioner, pending on the file of the respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report will be filed within a period of one week from today before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition and liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
