Both the parties have arrived at a settlement and they have also filed a settlement agreement dated 24.01.2022 which has been placed before this Court, along with a memo dated 25.01.2022 which has also been filed by the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties. The settlement agreement has been signed by all the parties to the dispute. The settlement agreement dated 24.01.2022 as well as the memo dated 25.01.2022 are taken on record. In terms of the settlement agreement dated 24.01.2022 as well as the memo dated 25.01.2022, A.Nos.3875 & 3876 of 2021 are disposed of.

2. The settlement agreement dated 24.01.2022 and the memo dated 25.01.2022 shall form part of this order.

3. In view of the compromise, E.P.No.41 of 2017 shall stand terminated and the decree passed against the defendants in CS.No.413 of 2002 is set aside by this Court as the dispute has been resolved as per the aforementioned memo of compromise and settlement agreement. Consequently, A.No.1363 of 2021 is closed.

4. Registry / Account department of the High Court is directed to issue a cheque for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in favour of Mrs.A.Vijayalakshmi after verification as according to the parties, the said amount was deposited to the credit of E.P.No.41 of 2017. Registry / Account Department is directed to carry out this exercise on or before 03.02.2022. Registry is directed to intimate the concerned SRO to raise the order of attachment over the subject property in E.P.No.41 of 2017 in view of the settlement of dispute between the parties. 27.01.2022 nl
